When you submit a quote request or contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and photos you provide. We also retain basic contact details of business clients and partners as part of our normal business operations.
We use your data solely to process your enquiry, arrange and manage your clearance, and communicate with you about your job. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
We share only the minimum necessary information with our vetted operators to carry out your clearance, specifically the property address and job details. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain customer data for up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes in line with HMRC requirements. Enquiry data from jobs that did not proceed is deleted within 12 months.
